Over 25 years ago, Dan Meiners started Studio Floral & Events, and his talent, design skills and vision built one of Kansas City’s most sought after floral and event companies. His entire team is still here and proud to carry on his legacy as they continue to create beautiful florals, memorable moments and unforgettable events.
We did decide we wanted some big windows and a neighborhood feel- so we’ve started an exciting new chapter on the corner of 75th and Wornall in Waldo, and opened our doors a newly renovated walk-in shop and floral studio space. We gave a little “glow up” to the building formerly known as “Dave Smith the Lampmaker” and are excited to share it with you. It also houses our sample showroom, offices, class and workshop space, and processing under one roof – creating a place where inspiration, laughter, community and creativity can flourish.
We are proud to announce the opening of the walk-in shop at 7432 Wornall Road! We’d love to meet you – and hope you’ll drop by to say hello, choose some blooms or a plant, and see our selection of unique cards, gifts, puzzles, and sweets. The showroom area is staged with some of our rental furniture – couches, chairs, tables, rugs and bars – and part of our inventory of event glassware and vases.
